By their very nature these lists of swear words contain material many will find offensive. But that's kind of the point.
These lists are free to download. You may use them for any purpose you wish and may copy, modify and distribute them freely. The swear words lists are provided "as-is" without any warranty or guarantee whatsoever. Don't blame me when the users of your forum, blog or community find more creative ways of offending people.
If you've visited this site recently, you might have noticed that the swearword lists themselves were missing, and beacause there are no published email addresses, you had no one to shout at. I have just restored the lists, and shouted at myself on your behalf.
WRT feedback, I will be migrating this site to a new server soon, at which point I will stick up a feedback form. In the meantime if you have a pressing desire to contact me, you could email bannedwordlist (at) gmail and perhaps I'll get it. No promises.

This is one example of how we use these lists. We highlight swearwords to help human moderators spot swearing in user generated content, but you could do it just for comedy value. You could write a swearword filter, but they don't work very well in the real world.
